Q: Can you use other Shampoo while using ModaModa?
A: It is NOT recommended to use the regular shampoo along with ModaModa. Most of the regular Shampoo contains Surfactants & Silicone substances that might block your scalp and pores
Q: Can you use other hair products such as hair conditioner along with ModaModa Shampoo?
A: You can, but it’s not recommended. If you want to use other hair products along with it, please use small doses.
Q: Does it look quite different from dying your hair from the hair salon?
A: It’s quite different. Hair dying process from the hair salon is an instant process because you’re covering your hair with artificial chemicals. But with ModaModa, because we don’t use artificial dying chemicals, it’s not an instant. You’ll experience gradual, natural darkening process over time with everyday use of ModaModa
Q: How long does it take to see the result?
A: On average, you’ll see noticeable changes after 4 weeks. However, the result might vary between individuals as it depends on the hair quality, shower habits, shampoo style etc.
Q: What is the expiration date of the product?
A: Its expiration date is 36 months before opening and 6 months after
opening. We recommend that you use it as soon as possible after opening.

Q: 셀프 염색을 할 때는 장갑을 끼고, 욕실 바닥이나 침구에 며칠동안 색이 묻어나는데, 이 제품은 어떤가요?
A: 본 제품은 유해한 염모제 성분이 함유되어 있지 않아 묻어날 염려가 없습니다. 따라서 장갑을 낄 필요도 없고 욕실 바닥이나 침구에 묻어나지도 않습니다.
단, 천에 샴푸액이 묻은 후 방치할 경우 샴푸액 내 폴리페놀이 산소와 만나 갈변될 수 있으므로 묻은 후 빠르게 헹구는 것을 권장드립니다.
간혹 샴푸 후 헹굼이 충분히 되지 않을 경우 손톱 사이나 각질 사이에 샴푸액이 일부 남아서 산소와 접촉하여 브라우닝 되는 현상이 있으니 네일케어를 별도로 받으시는 분들은 주의하시기 바랍니다.
Q: 샴푸 사용시 흰색 거품 사이에 옅은 핑크색이나 연브라운색 거품도 미세하게 보이는데 제품 이상이 있는건가요?
A: 아닙니다. 샴푸 원액이 산소와 접촉하여 항산화 작용을 하면 색상이 변화합니다. 정상적인 현상이므로 안심하고 사용하시기 바랍니다.
Q: 흰머리나 새치가 없는 사람이 사용해도 괜찮은가요?
A: 흰머리나 새치가 없는 사람도 사용 가능합니다. 다만 현재의 머리카락 색상에서 다크 브라운 톤으로 색상 변화가 될 수 있다는 점을 고려해야 합니다.
Q: 개봉 전과 후의 유통기한이 궁금해요.
A: 개봉 전에는 3년, 개봉 후는 6개월입니다. 개봉 후에는 최대한 빨리 사용하시길 권합니다.
